The Training & Development division facilitates RailCorp's provision of predominantly competency based training to internal business groups, supporting the delivery of a safe, clean and reliable passenger rail network.

RailCorp has a comprehensive National Qualification Framework, which provides development and qualifications to staff, ensures recognition for all training and has clear linkages to career progression within RailCorp.
