CityRail passenger services cover the greater Sydney region, while CountryLink covers country and long distance passenger services within NSW.

We employ more than 14,000 people, with the majority working in 2 frontline operational groups - Service Delivery and Asset Management.

Business support groups include Corporate Counsel, Finance, Human Resources, Safety and Environment, Communications and Strategy.
